Privacy Policy

The Stall is a pay-per-call API. There are no accounts, no signup, and no login — access is per-request, authorized by an on-chain payment (x402/USDC on Base) or a Stripe charge.

What we collect

• The paying wallet address or Stripe transaction reference for the request (public, on-chain data in the x402 case)
• Request metadata: timestamp, capability called, response status

This is used only to fulfill the request, reconcile billing, and detect abuse. We do not require or collect names, emails, or other personal identifiers to use the API.

What we don't do

• No cookies, no browser tracking, no third-party analytics
• No sale or sharing of request data with third parties
• No custody of funds beyond standard payment settlement

Retention

Operational logs are retained for service reliability and abuse prevention. On-chain payment records are public and immutable by nature of the blockchain and are outside our control to delete.
